From 2021 - 2023, the New York City Hot Spot with the New York I-Corps Hub and CUNY I-Corps ran the Gotham Innovation Gambit!
The Gotham Innovation Gambit was an entrepreneurial training course. Modified from the NSF I-Corps program, this program is designed for teams to learn the business model canvas, the customer discovery process, and to get connected with the nation-wide NSF I-Corps network of instructors and leaders from sites, nodes, and the greater entrepreneurial ecosystem. Teams will conduct customer discovery interviews and will receive eligibility to be nominated to the NSF I-Corps as well as receive guided help in navigating "Next Steps" resources for entrepreneurs and startup founders.
Funding for the Gotham Innovation Gambit was provided by the EDA under the SPRINT Challenge. To learn more, please visit: https://www.eda.gov/funding/programs/sprint-challenge/2021/City-University-Of-New-York
